Pierino Rabanser - voice, tamborello, oud

Born in the Austrian Tirol, Pierino is a multi-linguist. After some years of classical guitar he specialized in Eastern-European, Turkish and Arab string and reed instruments and performance practice.

In 1983 he founded Oni Wytars with Marco Ambrosini and since then he works as a soloist in the field of early and traditional music with various ensembles such as René Clemencic, Ensemble Unicorn and Accentus performing in Europe, Canada and Far-East.
